Fries look like they're going to wipe out extra good, no?

We stood in line at 2 o'clock at the restaurant and had to ask twice just to place our order. They initially said it would be ready in 15 minutes, but we ended up waiting longer. After about 20 minutes, a worker came out and informed us that there was a problem with the ticket, so it would take more time. When we finally received our food 20 minutes later, the fries were almost burnt and soggy. It seemed like they had been fried in old oil. I really hate wasting food, but the meal was so disappointing that we won't be returning.

I was drunk with these wings all week! last time I ordered the fries and they were a little salty for me, so this time I ordered without season and season. (girl) they were super polite and beyond! jasmine, (the lady who took my order) many thanks for so nice and sweet! I just took a picture. but that's all you have to do!

You never really know what you are going to get when you order from this place. The wings are either well prepared or completely unacceptable and undercooked. This establishment should focus on their consistency and have a manager check that the food was prepared well before serving it to customers.

We put an order online and had to call back to add one more item. Grubhub delivered our items. We check our food order and they forgot our Cajun corn. We called them telling them they forgot our corn. They tell us well we have it here you can come pick it up. What was the point of paying for it to be delivered. They were very rude over the phone. They gave us such a hard time. We had to call grubhub and we were on wait for 40 minutes. Never got our corn. Very disappointed because we order here all the time. It just took one person to not check the order and make sure the order was complete. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 6 years. Making the customer happy was always number one especially if you messed up.
