Filling and uniquely spongy thick toast, with a slight sourdough taste. Lots of outdoor seating. Will return for this bread!Vegetarian options: Vegan options
States delivered 2 good quality lattes in a clean modern setting where a bakery is operated and featured. I did not have opportunity to sample the baked goods which appeared artisanal. The lattes had good aroma, crema and milk foam, carefully crafted by a professional barista who paid attention to every step of the process. There is plenty of seating and parking pretty easy. This establishment also offers their own beans which is something I look for while exploring Bay Area coffee houses, especially single origin beans. Our lattes featured a Guatemala and Ethiopian bean blend, pleasantly balancing cherry and chocolate flavors as described by our barista. Prices are Bay Area like, but that goes with being one of the top destinations in the world regardless of doomsday projections from dour media. States is worth a visit.
I bought 2 cappuccinos and the coffee was so smooth and delicious. I usually like a sweet coffee, but these coffees were delicious without the added sugar. I will definitely return. Also the customer service I received was exceptional.
The coffee is very good. I also like their sourdough and fougasse a lot.
