For only drinks that an old needed to arrive. the bill was 7,70 euro, we paid with a 10 euro note and the male waiter just went away with the money and did not even offer the change and we would certainly not have left a tipp.
Restaurant and bar in berlin! run away! it is a tourist trap. restaurant, rude staff.
I ordered a chicken curry with a naan brot and a beer. the beer was great. the Naan bread was not fresh and heated and then sung to cook it. the salat was also not fresh and the rice was cold....When it came for time to pay, I was told that they only take cash. when I offered to go to the money until I was asked to leave something back because they couldn't trust me! then I went to the waiter's money, and I went back and paid for the worst Indian meal and restaurant experience I had for a long time. avoid them at all costs. bad eating and a worse attitude.
When you go to Simon Dach Str. in the evening in weekends and during a football cup, you 'd expect it to very busy, so that 's no surprise. But since we wen 't for drinks only, it shouldn 't take more than 30 minutes to make two of...them. When you ask the waitress what 's taking them so long, they reply but you don 't feel like it makes a difference, since the next order of two drinks also took more than 30 minutes. Also, don 't be surprised if they ask you to pay while you 're still sitting and enjoying your drinks. It seems like this happens when they can 't keep up with their tables any longer. They 've put up tv screens, so that fans can watch the game, but they didn 't hesitate putting a table right in front of them and placing guests there blocking most of the screen and making it awkward trying to watch the game, while stairing into someone 's face. Several guests were asked to move the way the waitres decided, so that they could squeeze more people in, who again didn 't receive their orders within half an hour or more. The alcohol is cheap, but so are the finished products (drinks), which kind of makes it a fair deal. However, I was visiting this restaurant a few years ago with a group of friends and we decided to buy two buttles of Smirnoff vodka. When we saw that the bottles had been opened and we tasted the vodka, we knew it was some cheap vodka that they 'd filled in the Smirnoff bottle. We confronted them and they brought two new bottles. But believe it or not, they tried to play the same trick right after we 'd pointed out the bad quality. The third time, we saw the waitress running across the street and after a few minutes waiting time he came back with two real Smirnoff vodka bottles that he 'd just bought in a späti accross the street.
