Panda Express - Bernalillo

It's amusing how people expect high performance from those making minimum wage. The quality of service is directly related to what a company pays its employees and how well it trains them. Most large corporations provide minimal training hours to cut costs, which essentially leaves new hires unprepared. This creates a snowball effect. If you’re unhappy with a business's operations, I encourage you to voice your concerns to the company for better and more comprehensive training. Advocate for fair wages, so employees have a positive incentive to handle difficult customers. I've had times when my order wasn't quite right or the food wasn't perfect at this establishment, but it sure beats the hassle of cooking and cleaning up dinner.

This is a fantastic chain restaurant, and this particular location stands out for its excellent service. The staff is always quick and the restaurant is easy to access. It's conveniently situated near other chain establishments, as well as car services and shopping options. They also offer a wide selection of drinks. There is ample parking available, including designated spots for those with disabilities on three sides of the building. The restaurant features two entrance doors, both of which lead directly to the parking lot, making entry smooth and effortless. The layout is spacious and easily accessible. I've encountered other Panda Express locations that frequently run out of fresh entrees, but this one consistently offers a full selection. Overall, this is one of my favorite Panda Express locations, thanks to its large, attentive staff and management.
