Subway - Berwick

Clean facility. Good service. Subs were good too. I've seen some of these fast food places where the service people are a little grungy but these three girls were well groomed and clean. I'm rating it five stars for a fast food joint not comparing it to fine dining of course.

I've eaten here before and had a good experience but today I walked in 5 minutes after opening at 9 and was told they don't open until 9:30...after the door and online said 9 am. If you are not open until 9:30, why does everything else say otherwise and you left the door unlocked? Felt like an employee lying about being late.

Never have my pre order ready ! I even give them an extra 45 minutes??? What the heck are they doing besides nothing UPDATE, went back 4 hours later and got my order for free. They made things right but get it together or notify the customer that it’s LATE!

Guy who waited on us acted like he could care less to be here. The meats were not heated before being put in any of the subs so we had to toast them . Tables were dirty. In all service sucked.
