Feedback gevenFoods fine, but they?re too busy worrying about rushing to get customers out the door. I just moved to the area, visited this location only 3 times and all 3 times each time i place my order they forget something.
It seems to be a very crowded location and the people behind the counter were overwhelmed. But my order came out completely wrong and when I questioned it she took the coffee back apologized and yet made the same mistake the second time. Between howbusy they were and the fact that I had to make it on time for an appointment I gave up and left without getting the correctdrink. There is a clear visual difference between iced coffee with skim milk and iced coffee with cream yet twice she gave meiced coffee with cream.
I previously had to stop coming to this DD because of my food always being undercooked and drinks ever having enough flavor or just made poorly but recently due to new management, this is now back to being my go to DD! The new manager is such a sweetheart and she knows her stuff!! Impressed and very pleased. Thank you so much!! I missed my blueberry Matcha and maple bacon
I visited today and noticed that a young girl working there was left alone by her manager. You could see the tears in her eyes and a look of panic on her face. Despite this, she held it together and provided excellent customer service. I didn’t catch her name, but she truly deserves better.
I won't be returning to this Dunkin'. After a poor experience in the past, I decided to give them another chance. However, my hot coffee was served in a plastic cup with a lid, and the employee didn’t offer any explanation. When I inquired, I found out they had run out of regular lids. I should have refused the coffee and left, but instead, I ended up with hot coffee all over my hand, clothes, and car seat.
