Wow just wow. The anger that jumped out of that man in the drive thru toward me unprovoked was some kind of special. If your so confused listen to my words. I said one thing that was mixed around behind that window thats not a me problem. Yell at your staff for not listening not at me for explaining my order 3x times that makes it sound like I'm saying something different 3x times by the time you stick your nose in it. Signs all say to pick up online orders at the front door. Then they tell you to wait thru the drive of like 10 cars. What's the point to have MULTIPLE SIGNS posted all over the building to pick up at the front door only to make me wait in a long drive thru line? Why even place an online order if you still have to go to the drive thru
