Feedback gevenI decided to stop by this restaurant for lunch and it turned out to be a nightmare. There was a long line, so I used the electronic ordering board. The problem arose when we wanted to dine in, but the tables didn't have numbers. I mentioned this to a very dismissive woman at the counter, but she said it didn't matter. However, it did matter as our food never arrived. My husband had to go stand at the counter and it took a long time for the food to be ready. We were disappointed with the £7.99 Boneless Banquet as it was poor value. The chips were cold, we weren't given any forks, and there were no wipes to clean our hands after eating. To make matters worse, the hand sanitizer was empty. Overall, it was a miserable and depressing experience that we won't be repeating.
I took a long stroll to your establishment , with me and 3 of my dearest of friends , and I couldn’t not quite famish the reception we was given We was greeted with excruciatingly long wait times for our food , then my friend was given a fanta and proceeded to break the cup spewing Fanta everywhere It weren’t just the Fanta either the food was atrocious staff rude as hell, some of them smelt of body odour , poor autistic lad was being controlled by the boss in the back and he was only one willing to resolve all these problems

I went to this restaurant to order some food and was shocked to see the lack of management when it comes to the delivery drivers. Many of them were entering without following any rules, especially COVID protocols, and showed a complete disregard for others. It's a challenging time for everyone, and while making money is important, it's crucial to show respect and adhere to the rules.
Ordered on Saturday night via Uber eats Food was cold,greasy and chicken was brown and gooey. We we’re missing 2 portions of fries (out of 4 meals) and the fries we did receive were cold,limp and sweaty. Contacted Uber and was reimbursed £5. Absolute joke as we binned the whole lot as was inedible and cost £40!!!! Will never use Bexleyheath KFC again This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues at this branch Would give a zero star rating
