Marché Airport Zürich

I tried the ham and Chess and who was very good, and definitiw the price worth. the personal was also friendly! they also have a varied selection of drinks, but also hot meals!

I travel often through Zürich airport and this place is usually good (accepting high airport prices). This morning there was a lovely lady on the bakery section, but the man on the cash desk was a real Mr Miserable! There was obviously a problem with...the coffee machine because my coffee was 90 foam and hardly any milk. I point this out to Mr Miserable and asked for some extra hot milk. He shouted at me NO, that is how Latte macchiato comes with foam! He then proceeded to get very angry and I wasn’t really in the mood for a row at 8am over extra hot milk! Disappointing when you spend CHF 30 for a small breakfast. Obviously not the first time I order a Latte macchiato in my life or even at this restaurant and the lack of customer service and general aggression was totally unacceptable. I noticed he was being generally rude to everyone, so perhaps he was having a bad day or doesn’t like his job. Please Marche don’t put people like this in a client facing role. It spoils your brand and your customer’s breakfast!

Das angebotene Essen ist von guter Qualität und schmeckt gut, insbesondere die Salatbar. Nur das gesamte Angebot ist ziemlich reduziert und die Preise zu hoch, daher die niedrigere Bewertung. Die Dekoration ist klasse.Als Reisende hat man im Flughafen kaum ein anderes Angebot (Bürger King,...)

In zürich airport and still hungry we have some food 36 Swiss francs have us a sausage dish and a chicken flour plus a bottle of water. no bad value for an airport. we helped us with sweet and soaking. service was fast...and helpful, good choice of seats, and hygiene was impeccable.

Terrible experience, very rude staff without class. the personal is incompatible with the pricing and then attacks it.
