Papa Johns Pizza - Biddeford

Delicious! The staff is very friendly and they always prepare our orders exactly how we like them.

This is a long post... bottom line: Food amazing, would buy again; what a wild ride just to get a pizza in my possession. The long story: This visit was a little confusing to say the least. The store is located right at a dangerous inersection, sobacking out is not an easy option during prime time, and backing in is not really an option due to the traffic as well. If yougo at it intelligently you can manage to use sidewalk space to back into and pull out parallel to oncoming traffic. Next up...one you park and get out of the car you're staring at adoor and a sliding window. A man comes to the window and asks how he canhelp. I said I was to place an order and he tells me to come through the door anyway... He takes the order, and the printerisn't working. He slaps it and twists it and pays parts of it sideways and it spits out about 5 receipts from previous orders. Iwish they could solve some of these puzzling points. They would save time, and be more professional in appearance to thecustomers.

Today marks the last time I will ever visit Papa John's. Once again, my order was overcooked, and this time my papadia wasn't even sliced. I understand that things can get busy, and orders can pile up, leading to overcooked food. I get it. But if you can't even take a moment to cut my sandwich, then you clearly don't deserve my business. To make matters worse, the manager hung up on me mid-sentence. This is incredibly unprofessional behavior for someone in a managerial position at Papa John's. I will not be returning, and I will make sure to share my experience with everyone I meet. If there were a negative star rating system, you'd easily earn a negative five.

I ordered a pizza and cheese sticks, and even on a busy Friday night, my food was prepared quickly, hot, and delicious. The staff was very friendly as well!

The pizza is pretty good, but not consistent between employees. But still, I know it?s tough right now for everyone, so I don?t hold this against them.
