Grand Biloxi Lobby Grill

We had a wonderful experience during our extended stay at Palace Casino Resort. The staff was exceptional—friendly and accommodating. The check-in process was smooth, and our room was not only clean but also quite spacious. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the cocktail service in the casino was top-notch. The restaurants offered delicious food, and the buffet selection was impressive. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to both play and stay, conveniently located. The casino undergoes a thorough cleaning every day at 3:00 AM, and there’s complimentary parking available. Plus, it’s a smoke-free environment!

I just had my voucher stolen from the machine. I've lived in Las Vegas and worked at a major hotel in Biloxi. We travel to Biloxi from Georgia once a month, and it feels like the casino just doesn't care. In my 55 years, I've never experienced anything like this! I will not return to this casino again. The gift shop, however, was quite disappointing. I had hoped to find some souvenirs, but everything appeared to have been there for over a decade, and they seemed unwilling to stock new items until the old ones sold out. The lady working in the gift shop was very nice, but I do hope they update their merchandise for guests looking for unique items. I also booked a spa package for my husband at Pure, The Palace Spa. Since we were staying at the hotel, we received a discount, and I was pleased to get an appointment on the same day I called. The staff there were friendly, and the lobby had a welcoming atmosphere. My husband enjoyed his massage and found it very relaxing. The casino offers several dining options, and we tried two of the restaurants. We had breakfast at Stacked Grill both mornings, where I was able to get an omelet tailored to my dietary needs along with their fresh fruit plate, which included yogurt and granola. My husband enjoyed his "Eggs Your Way" with an additional pancake. The line for the Palace Buffet was incredibly long, and it had excellent ratings, so we decided to have dinner there one night. Thanks to my casino rewards, my meal was complimentary. We had looked forward to the amazing food we read about in a local magazine. The buffet features a variety of stations, including Flames, Comfort, Coastal, and Wok, which was nice for someone trying to eat healthily like me. However, while the food wasn't bad, I found it to be only slightly better than Golden Corral. I wouldn’t choose to eat at this buffet again, even if it were free. The casino itself was small but sufficient for me since I only enjoy playing the slot machines. Although most casinos are open 24 hours, this one closes at 3:00 AM for deep cleaning and reopens at 8:00 AM. We visited other casinos in the area, and I have to say that Palace Casino was the cleanest, with spotless restrooms. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, and if I find myself in the area again, I would certainly return.

Not much to add that hasn't been said by others. SMOKE FREE! The whole place is fresher than any smoky casino ever will be. The staff were cheerful. Our room was large and clean. We paid a few bucks extra for a room with a view of the Bay. The linens and towels were fresh and nice quality. The buffet was impressive in the wide variety of food available, but the quality was only OK. Nothing bad but nothing outstanding either. The gaming floor is predominantly slot machines. The gaming tables are clean (no smoke and in good repair. The dealers were professional and friendly and not rude. We had a fun time and are likely to return. (Did I mention they are smoke free? Lots of free parking available and clear, easy access from the parking deck to the casino and the hotel.

We spent 4 nights here while in town for a wedding had a great experience. Quick note we aren't gamblers so I can't really comment on the actual casino but the hotel resort itself was well worth the money. Nice clean room with comfy bed, friendly staff, great food options including a solid buffet, steak restaurant other food options whether you're wanting breakfast, lunch, or late night snacks! Bathroom was large clean, easy free parking garage. Check in check out was painless with no questionable charges. We also took advantage of the spa! Had a great couples massage at Pure Spa. The staff was incredibly friendly very attentive to our needs. Steam room, sauna, showers, you name it. Overall, highly recommend if you're looking for an upgrade over your basic 2* chain hotel!
