All produced in a crazy short timeline that we were not sure would even be possible if we asked first. We are so grateful to her and the team for all the work they set up to deliver some incredibly personal and beautiful stationary! The café is a beautiful place for a coffee after a trip to the market - green, quiet and relaxing.
It is a great place with an amazing garden. You have gallery with African art and crafts. Also cafe/restaurant where you can enjoy food or cup of coffee. By the way, prices are europian. Owners and employees are really friendly and nice people. Recommended if you are in Blantyre or in the area!
They have a limited menu – usually specials and “Meals of the day”, but their food is absolutely amazing! Traditional with a twist. The environment is peaceful and you can enjoy your food while heading towards the garden area.
One of my absolute favourite places in Blantyre. The garden is beautiful (also kid friendly). Service is good and the manager does a good job keeping everything in order. The shop is also worth a visit and you can get all kinds of local crafts, paintings and even postcards(not always so easy to find in Malawi). I had the crepe with ice cream and it was really nice. I can definitely recommend it!
A very nice restaurant and gem that is part of the Historic Mandala House, serving up authentic Italian food; cold local beers; and more. A visit to Blantyre is not complete without stopping to La Caverna/Mandala House for some delicious food and good hospitality, as well as a peaceful atmosphere!
