Arby's - Boaz

Ordered 2 roast beef and cheddar got home opened bag unwrapped sandwich and was so surprised and regret that I had spent 12 dollars on such a small sandwich it was no bigger than a small hamburger, never again again.

Ordered a Traditional Gyro and a Classic Beef and Cheddar. Gryo's bread was hard as a rock. Beef and Cheddar had barely any cheddar cheese on it.

Arab Location/Experience was Much Better. Boaz Experience Not So Great. Did Not Want Us, Table for Two, Dining in Since They Would be Closing in an Hour and a Half. We Informed Them That We Would Only Take 20 Minutes. They Threw Our Food Together Sloppily and The Atmosphere was Uninviting. We Even Cleaned Our Table Before Leaving and Didn’t Get a “ Thank You, Come Again “ Response. We Left With Plenty of Time for Them to Perform Their Closing Routines. We Were Not Inconsiderate.

The only place to get roast beef the way that you love it and they have curly fries also.

The food was fresh and hot and while it was good the portions where small on the meat and fries. Parking lot is pretty dark and not inviting at night but does have lighting. Worst part was the lady who took our order, she wasnt friendly at no part and even my kids noticed her attitude. She seemed like we bothered her by just coming thru the drive. At no time was she anything close to being nice and welcoming..
