Feedback gevenThis Qdoba has consistently shown great customer service. The four employees working tonight (7:40) were exceptional! Very polite and patient with us as we figured out our order for our family. The steak wasn’t quite ready when we were ready to order, so they made us a burrito to go (on the house). Every visit to this Qdoba I comment how wonderful the employees are, and tonight was just the cherry on top! Thank you!!!
The food was good, but we felt very rushed to choose our options and the young man seemed very annoyed that we were there. The other two people seemed intimidated my his demeanor. It almost made me want to leave, but I attempted to be as pleasant as possible. Maybe he just had a bad day. Our food was really good though.
Qdoba needs to rethink having door dash deliver their food. Driver was 49 minutes late with our food, and forgot two of our burritos which I Ultimately had to go get myself, after waiting an additional hour to leave the house since I had 3 small kids with me, which was my entire reason for choosing delivery. The fault was entirely with the door dash driver. To qdobas credit, Andrew remade the burritos fresh and helped me get my refund from door dash. His customer service and that of the entire team up there was excellent.
Ain't no place like QDOBA. The food is always good
