Feedback gevenTried to use the coupon they had online and it said there has been an error try again later. Came into the store. They said they’ve had problems all day with it and I asked if they would honor it in store being that the app wasn’t working right and she said nope they can’t do that. you can you just choose not to. Horrible customer service that you won’t even honor coupons that aren’t working on the app.
Be careful they add tips without you knowing. Yes subway is now trying to give tips so they don't have to pay the employees more. Three times now they gave me a total then added a tip without me knowing or even getting an option Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Ordered on the app, 2 of the three sandwiches completely wrong, no cheese, wrong condiments and then question us about grabbing chips when we ordered the meal. Please just pay attention to what was ordered
Not a fault of the one staff member that works there but I’m not sure online orders are queued with walk-in traffic. Gave up waiting for mobile order and just got in line to grab my spot. Maybe not take online orders when only one staff member working? Not that person’s fault.
Always made of white brot at the evenings, hours before they close. good opportunity to lose the business. take our money elsewhere and get much better customer service.
