Big G's Log Cabin Barbeque - Boone

Eating is great, order a steak and it was cooked to perfection! the staff was very friendly and attentive. the whole place was scenic, charming and clean (especially the toilets! . our cousin had an event there and could not stop talking about it. So we decided to review it and was not disappointed.

My wife brought home a brisket sandwich that was catered into her work.

That was the most disgusting gumbo I have ever had. It was bland, the rice was mushy, the sausage had no flavor. My husband ordered his steak medium, and it was half cooked and half completely raw. We had a bad experience there.

Very good neighborhood place! Excellent value and very tasty food!

I was passing through the city when I noticed a sign for a restaurant on the main street in Boone, and I'm so glad I stopped. The barbecue was fantastic!
