Today we were served by a woman who didn't know there was a children's menu. After showing her the children's menu and paying for our meals, we sat down. We witnessed this woman worker not wearing her mask properly when clearing tables and waiting on customers. The cook approached us and removed his mask to speak to us. He was face to face with me, disregarding the mask mandate and social distancing requirements and my personal space. The cook also didn't know about the children's menu. The kids ordered the chicken nuggets, chips and a shake for $9.50. We received 5 nuggets and a shake, no chips. I reminded the cook about the children's special. After discussing the above-mentioned issues with the cook, the cook apologised and said they got busy and that he didn't know about the children's special despite it being on the menu. I received no apology for having my personal space and my family, and my health and safety disregarded. Upon leaving, we witnessed the cook remove his mask to talk with customers. Despite the menu's value for money, I would not recommend it.

The kids ordered chicken nuggets, chips, and a shake for $9.50, but we only received 5 nuggets and a shake, with no chips included. This brought to mind my experience with the chef at the kinder special. After discussing these issues with him, he apologized, mentioning that they were busy and that he hadn’t known about the children’s special, despite it being clearly listed on the menu. However, I still did not receive an apology regarding my personal space being invaded or for my family's overall discomfort and health safety being overlooked. Upon leaving, we noticed the chef once again removing his mask to speak with other customers. Given the issues we encountered and the value for money, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely wonderful coffee! The staff is fantastic—extremely friendly and helpful.

I had a rather disappointing experience today, especially for over $40. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the food left much to be desired. The rolls were very dry and had very little filling. The cakes were also quite dry, as if they had been sitting in the display case for a while. Even though I placed a special order for coffee, it wasn't fulfilled as requested, and I had to ask multiple times for changes. In the end, I couldn't finish my drink. I can't recommend this café.
