It is a modern or fusion typed of Japanese sushi with a trace of traditional sushi house. Restaurant is clean with practical table arrangement. Friendly and knowledgeable staffs to help and explain to guests. Convenient location near Boston Copley Place, and next to a validated parking garage. Foods are decent in portion, quality, as well as price wise. Reservation is recommended during peak hours.
At first I honestly thought it was going to be another expensive fancy Boston restaurant serving another sushi menu. I was very pleasantly surprised. It was worth every penny. The selection, quality and flavor was some of the best sushi I think I've ever had. Good service, nicely paced. We sat at the sushi bar and were amazed at the constant activity of 6 sushi chefs slicing, rolling, and serving the entire time we sat there. The atmosphere is nice and modern. The food is pricey but really is excellent!
Food tasted amazing. Sushi was fresh and you can tell it was professionally made. However, because I’m a commoner, and I couldn’t say the sushi here was unique from other restaurants. Banana brûlée is fire though.
The food was fantastic, and they offer gluten-free options. I stopped by for lunch and found that they have smaller plates at more affordable prices. Veronica was our server, and she was incredible! I highly recommend this restaurant!
