Caffe Ladro Bothell

It's a lovely spot to enjoy a coffee and unwind. The outdoor seating area offers a relaxing and cozy atmosphere on the terrace. They serve fair trade coffee, which is a significant plus, and there are also options for organic beans. The service is friendly, and the coffee is excellent!

I called this café on June 11, 2022, at 11:20 AM to check if they were open after a power outage. I had already visited two other cafés that were closed due to the same issue. When I made the call, I spoke to a girl who seemed irritated and responded, "Well, I answered the phone, so you can assume we’re open." Before I could explain that the other places were closed for the power failure, she hung up on me. Whoever is handling your customer service needs better training, as this is part of your job. I ended up going to a Starbucks instead, where the service was much better. After this experience, I will not consider visiting your café again. If that’s how you communicate over the phone, I can only imagine how you treat your paying customers in person.

I urge you to reconsider giving your money to this place. For the past six years, there's been an irate woman working in the passage who has consistently messed up our orders. I can't help but wonder what we've done to upset her. Is asking for extra napkins too much? I'm not a difficult customer, but their food and coffee prices are too high for such poor treatment.

The cookies and patricians are nice, but I went twice when I visited my daughter and the Vanille Latte was not enjoyable both times. The second time I had my 8-Yo granddaughter with me and they were really rude about what drinks were available for children. They made a 'raspberry' frappuccino, that was unimaginable, but expensive. The location and caffeine itself is beautiful as the free Wi-Fi.

Unfortunately the photos fooled me. Met my friend here and there wasn't comfortable seating. Coffee tasted burnt and were not options for my friends dietary limitations. Beautiful outside area feels very New Orleans'y
