Le Plan B - Briançon

We went there after the favourable opinion published on this site and were not disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. As a Northist and therefore a range of dishes from our region and/or cheese based, we enjoyed the mesh, the hot dish of camembert and a good salad well garnished. Good choice of wine and the one we took was very good. Finally, we enjoyed the wide choice of rum proposed in digestive. I'll be right back.

We ate very well for a very affordable price. Plan B was our plan A, and we weren't disappointed! The waitresses and servers were very kind, very kind! No unnecessary plastic waste during the whole meal. A pleasure to stop eating in this restaurant after a long day torn to Briançon.

In a word? Succulent to fall on the ground was very good. I took a mesh that ate that dish and even cooking it would be a massacre. Great copy! Great welcome, quick service, attentive staff with children. I don't regret the choice that it was extra!

Excellent reception, waitress for small care, fast service. Salad Caesar well presented and copied! Nothing to say except to try!

We stopped at plan B a little by chance but very happy to find such a nice place. We were served while the service was over. The adorable boss advised us to the top. The portions are very generous. I strongly recommend this place
