Greenacre - Bridgend

Went for a drink and look to see if we could book a table stand in wait for 15 minutes and the lad back was so slow to leave. greenacres does not follow the social balance. 1. not enough trained staff. 2. the seating area...where the people should stand for the bar snake should be blocked as not 2 meters from the waiting line 3. the escap should have tables removed, such as pre-covid times. 4. Nobody ensured social distancing. there were signs, but obviously no one could understand them and no one forced them. contract

Took my parents here for a meal, it's a very tired looking place needs a bit of TLC, a basic menu but the food we had was nice but they stop serving food at 2 PM so the place is empty by then so there's...no atmosphere, but the bar staff and waitresses are very friendly and helpful.

We have just returned from an overnight stay at this lovely motel. It is easy to find and on arrival we were greeted by the most friendly and helpful staff. If I was to have a slight negative criticism of the motel it would be...that the decor is a little dated but I think in a way this lends to its charm. The room was large and very spotless with plenty of tea and coffee.The bed was very comfortable I had a great nights sleep as the room was very quiet. The two meals I had here (dinner breakfast) were absolutely lovely and plenty of it and the staff again were only too happy to help even though they were busy. Great stay brilliant staff so friendly I would recommend this motel and will definitely be staying again.

Really friendly staff on every visit. Chef made us a special curry it was lovely. Well worth a visit!!!

The food was really good, I had the scampi and chips there was so much on the plate I couldnt finish it. Excellent value for money. The staff were friendly. The decor though was a little dark and outdated but would not stop me from...going back
