Although, it is cozy and familiar, I just never leave with anything, after 10+ years, I'll be venturing away from the Caesars Rewards for some fun a little down the boardwalk. I have played at 2 other Casinos online and In person, and have banked some cash. CEASARS, Harrahs specifically, just doesn't show the love MGM, Ocean and Resorts seems to be. No rooms service, no where to eat after 9. I see no Luxury in the future orlf Caesars, sorry Harrahs, I leave here with no wins on a regular. I'm happy to see that you do accommodate , ball players, cheer squads and other various conventions. It just is starting to feel like we are paying for their comfort. Unfortunately, it seems time to move elsewhere. Thanks for everything throughout the year ls.
For hang out spots here I recommend the x bar in the center of the casino. It gets very lively at night and they play awesome music such as reggaeton. They have a cool enclosed pool area and at night it turns into an entertainment venue with a DJ and all. If you want more loungey visit the Eden lounge. At night they have a live cover band playing music. The bar makes craft cocktails. For food, I recommend AC Burgers, it has something for everyone. The prices are decent and it has variety. The service is quick so it can get you in and out to go party. And if you need a late night bite, the caffe taza is open late for quick bites.
We only stayed for one night. I 've never been before. Customer service was lackluster all the way around. Everyone who helped us. Right until the last minute when I must have looked lost while looking for a caesars kiosk. A security guard says if you need help just ask. Really loud and obviously to me. But not looking at me. It was weird. He showed me where there was one that I could use. Because many were not in use. And I had to scan my card for parking. We went to the Tusk show which wasn 't bad at all. The set up to buy drinks before during or after the show was just inconvenient and weird. It seemed like a makeshift bar was thrown up outside the shows doors. While in the casino. We got lost 10 times before finding a bar. And when we did, it didn 't serve Michelob Ultra. So two bars and one doesn 't serve the beer. Ok. We kept looking for the one that did. There is a lot of room for improvement on the drinking in a casino part. Maybe I 'm just used to cruise lines and their hospitality. Because this wasn 't it. Maybe it 's because we 're in New Jersey. Dinner at Gordan Ramsey was delicious- but felt rushed. Before I put my fork down to chew my last bite, a busser were there to remove the plate before I could even decide that I was finished. It was an experience. For sure.
I would not recommend this casino/hotel if you are looking to spend time in what Atlantic City is known for. I had to come here for a conference and I was very excited. The only Atlantic City I know is the experience of the casinos on the boardwalk. I realized driving down, we were no where near the boardwalk... I assumed the hotel would compensate for that within its own home. I was there Thursday to Friday which to me, is very close to the weekend and I'm ready to go out. Not one store was open within the hotel. They only had two bars and only one restaurant that was extremely fine dining (one piece of filet for hundreds of dollars). We ended up having to eat at a fast food place in the hotel and went to bed early because there was nothing to do. I was extremely disappointed. A Thursday night, is a night people go out and I would expect the hotel to offer something
First I would like to give a huge shoutout to Antonella my representative She is an outstanding worker, I call her whenever we are planning a trip to Harrahs AC, and she makes our reservation for our rooms and any restaurants we prefer. She sure makes it so easy and less stress on our end, since she always has everything covered for us. The Casino/resort we have been to so many times , I lost count. Our rooms are always just perfect. They have done a lot of renovations on the casino floor and upgraded so many new games. We enjoy going to The Legend bar and watch there entertainment, the only thing we wish they would change is the days for entertainment, they only have live entertainment on Fridays and Saturdays. They would do so much better if they had it every evening. They have a nice amount of restaurants, arcades and stores. We were so surprised to see vending machines that you can actually order different muncy foods, like white castles , pot sticks and so much more .. You just order from the vending machine and some how it cooks in 5 minutes, and then the food comes out hot and fresh. They also have Carlos Bakery sliced cakes vending machine. I would recommend if you 've had a long night and want something fresh to eat, go to those vending machines located next to arcade) or you can always go to Tazza, which has a great variety of food, desserts and drinks. We have never had a bad experience, from checking in or checking out, to the security who are always friendly.
