45th Parallel Distillery

The spirits crafted by 45 Parallel are excellent all around. The patio is charming and dog-friendly, which was a big bonus for our family. The Old Fashioned slushie was the standout drink on the menu and the ideal remedy for a hot summer day. The pizzas baked in the wood-fired oven are fantastic, and they’ve made it onto my short list of favorite pizzas to revisit.

I can't wait to return! The breakfast pizza was delicious, and I had plenty to take home. The pricing was just right. Enjoying a **** Mary while walking through the farmers market was a fantastic bonus! The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

I highly recommend this place! The service is consistently outstanding. The food, especially the pizza, is fantastic, and the cocktails are delightful! The staff is incredibly friendly. In the summer, one side of the building is fully open, which creates a lovely atmosphere—it's great to feel like you're outside while still being comfortably inside. I’ve also taken a tour, and Tobias is genuinely one of the best tour guides I've ever had. If you haven't been here yet, you definitely need to give it a try!

I thoroughly enjoyed the pretzel served with the bourbon cheese sauce, and the sausage platter accompanied by roasted potatoes was delightful. The ryes were quite good, although some of the whiskey tasted a little young. However, the limoncello was extremely flavorful. It's a great spot, even if it's a bit off the beaten path.

This was our first visit, and we opted for the tour and tasting experience. The tour was fantastic and very informative, with Tobias doing an exceptional job of explaining everything. Be sure to order the pretzel—it’s a must! The drinks were top-notch, and the staff were friendly, all in a wonderful atmosphere. I can’t say enough good things about this family-owned business and their commitment to conservation. Be sure to ask about it during your tour. We will definitely be back frequently!
