Straylight - Broad Channel

A group of us went here on a whim, stumbling upon it. Straylight was awesome. Great vibe and decor. I was constantly checking Shazam. We agreed this will be a place we come back to.

Juku is a favorite in a growing sea of omakase options. I like it because it’s simple, elegant, understated, and anything but gimmicky. Just great sushi and service.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant with my kids. The food was served quickly, and the customer service was excellent. The prices are also very reasonable.

The bartender at Straylight, Chris, is a true artist when it comes to mixology. We settled down at the bar and initially ordered a few drinks from the menu. As we enjoyed our first round and chatted with him, we discovered that he enjoys experimenting with infusing spirits with unique ingredients like pea shoots and crimini mushrooms. For our next round, he crafted custom drinks tailored to our tastes and preferred spirits. While not every drink suited my palate, I appreciated the creativity and complexity behind each one! Chris also let us sample his crimini-infused whiskey, which was a delight for someone like me who loves mushrooms. Although we haven't returned since that visit, Chris and Straylight have come up in conversation more than once. We definitely need to stop by again soon to explore some new flavor combinations!

Cozy and a fantastic place for unique cocktails, with friendly and prompt service. The servers provided excellent drink recommendations. I will definitely return!
