Dunkin' - Brodheadsville

Terrible experience. They never get my order right, and they act like it's changed when I've been ordering the same thing for the past five years. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

My experience at the restaurant was incredibly disappointing. The staff was rude and seemed indifferent to our needs. The drinks were terrible; my hot chocolate was lumpy, and the coffee tasted stale. Overall, it was a very unpleasant visit.

I know this is a chain breakfast restaurant, but the way the staff treats customers is simply unacceptable. The reviews here are right about how paying customers are treated. We arrived at Dunkin' around 5:30 am because we were heading out on a trip to Maine. The woman who took our order at the drive-thru sounded extremely unfriendly. She kept asking if that was all after every item we ordered and sounded quite irritated when we continued to order. When we received our food, it felt like she practically threw it at us, and the wraps we ordered were cold. She mumbled throughout our interaction and had a very sour expression on her face. There's a charming little coffee shop down the road near the roundabout that seemed much more inviting. Save yourself some trouble and go there instead; it looked like they opened around 5:00 am. That’s where we’ll be going from now on.

Unfortunately, it seemed the staff was bickering behind the scenes, which made it so chaotic that people were waiting extremely long periods for their orders. There were 3 gentlemen who worked there who took control and were able to get orders out faster. They apologized a few times, but it still took so long. It was frustrating, and I will not be going back. Food: 3
