I booked my reservation about three months in advance. They release the reservations at 9 AM once a month. It's a preset menu, but you can specify vegetarian which I opted for. The cool thing about this place is that it's BYOB. They have cocktail mixers for purchase, but we decided to do our own wine pairing. We brought several bottles from a recent trip to Italy, which paired well with the food. The restaurant itself only has about three tables so it's extremely intimate and cozy. The absolute perfect spot for a date or anniversary. The chef came out for each meal to explain the inspiration and the contents. This place is so special and unique. Everything we tasted, was absolutely phenomenal. We love that the ingredients were from local places in Massachusetts. I can't wait to come back here again.
Very intimate dinner by a super talented team. Local produce, brave and delicious culinary experience. We came in the summer and had a corn theme to our lovely dinner. It’s much more than just a big lump with knobs.
What a GIFT this hidden gem is! It’s an exquisite experience from start to finish! We received dinner here as a wedding gift from a dear friend and we cannot wait to come back as a special date night and to take friends and family here for years to come!Firstly, the food. Oh, wow, the food! Every dish was packed with delicious flavor and so much thoughtful care! It’s hard to believe that they do a different menu because this one was divine! I cannot wait to try everything!! The rolls were unlike anything my husband and I have ever tried!! We travel quite a bit and never in our lives, in any part of the world, have we had bread that is so soft, airy, and absolutely perfection.Secondly, I love how it was byob but that they have incredibly tasty mixes that you can mix the alcohol with. 100% recommend ordering the special mixers. We brought elderflower liquor and tequila to mix into ours, it was so delicious!Thirdly, the ambiance!! It feels like being welcomed into someone’s home! It managed to be both intimate while still feeling like a swanky dynamic place for a date night. If you’re reading this review, stop reading, and go and make your reservation!! ENJOY!!
Cobble is a wonderful establishment, with a chef who cares deeply about quality ingredients as well as the story behind the dish. The vibe is really great here as well, with the seating maxing out at around 12 guests can’t recommend this restaurant enough.
In the waning days of winter all I really want to find is a fresh vegetable, somewhere, anywhere. Well, I found them last night at Cobble. Every course featured local root vegetables, each perfectly balanced. I had to stop myself from eating too much, knowing there was even more to come. Parsnip hummus!? So creative. The pasta en brodo was a favorite- so fresh and lemony, perfectly cheesy and warming. The thinly sliced Berkshire porchetta was melt-in-your-mouth divine. What surprised me the most, however, was dessert. I 'm really not one for sweets, but that Carrot Cake Twinkie was a bite to behold. Score a table if you can! What a fantastic night. Thank you Chef Emily and Team!
