The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere and delicious food, although it may be a bit expensive. However, the quality and experience make it worth the price.

The staff is very welcoming and they offer great buy one, get one free deals. The owner of the restaurant is amazing! I have seen her handle difficult, indecisive, and rude customers (especially on Wednesdays when all soft serve items are buy one, get one free) and she remains calm and provides top-notch service no matter how challenging the situation may be.

Standard Carvel. Very clean and follows all the up-to-date safety precautions. Makes a really solid hard ice cream milkshake and regularly runs quality assurance of their employees to ensure proper portioning of ice cream and quality cakes. We?ve been coming here for years and have never left disappointed.

One of the worst places in Brooklyn to eat ice-cream. horrible machine made creamy melted icecream. Obviously the people working there have no clue about icecream. yuck ...! avoid at all costs.
