Cayenne Nashville Hot Chicken

I should have listened to the other reviews. This was truly bad. Nothing like what was pictured. Ordered Hot and it was anything but. Barely any spice. The sandwich was basically three school cafeteria level chicken tenders on a giant bun with a heap of slaw on top. Slaw, I might add that they give you an option to omit which I did. Also didn 't come with the side sauce. I love Nashville Hot Chicken and this is an insult to the craft. I even created a yelp account just to make this review. Also: The Mac and Cheese with jasper hill cheddar and Panko had zero panko and was also straight out of a school cafeteria. Radioactive yellow.

The food was okay and withstood delivery time. But there was a serious lack of flavor. I've had Nashville Hot Chicken at numerous places and each place has their own style and flavor but this meal was bland and does not meet the Nashville hot chicken standard. Such a shame.

Worst chicken ever!!! It was dry, refried, bland. Had unedible greasy batter that i had to pick off and the chicken was rubbery. Ordered the fiery combo and it taste like chipotle dry rub was sprinkled on top after being refried. Worst take on nashville fried chicken. Save your money and go to popeyes/kfc. P.S., their deliver guy also demanded tip even if you tip via app.

I've eaten the fiery chicken sandwiches twice. The crust's texture is great, but it brings zero heat. Just disappointing. The pimento cheese is the only reason it earns 3 stars. Get your ish together.

This was the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had in my life. It was awful. The coating on the chicken was so badly burnt that it had hardened and thickened. It was extremely tough to bite into or chew. It hurt my teeth, it was that hard. After they had burned the chicken sandwich as bad as charcoal, they smothered it in some kind of hot chili oil. I have no idea how someone thought that drowning it in some hot sauce was a good idea after burning the chicken patty that bad. I understand mistakes can happen, but no one should ever send out an inedible sandwich like this if they're looking for returning customers. The French fries were just okay, nothing special, just tossed in a bit of seasoning. The food from Cayenne was an extremely unpleasant experience for me.
