Chocolatte Espresso - Brooklyn

First, I'll address the one positive aspect: the food itself. Unfortunately, the restaurant was overcrowded, which led to my order being mixed up and a lengthy wait of 20 minutes. While I understand that the crowds can cause delays, I encountered a problem beyond that. One of the staff members, who had a neck tattoo, was incredibly rude instead of being apologetic about the mistake. This isn't the first time I've experienced this kind of behavior here; a few years ago, there was another employee who humiliated me for no apparent reason, even when the restaurant was not busy. It seems as though my accent may have been a factor in both instances.

Well well well, here we are reviewing the central coffee shop in Crown Heights. For starters, a lot of foreigners and unique individuals come here to use wifi, I do not want to know what they use it for, but my ears sure heard it all! We've all been there. The coffee is decent, definitely not worth the price. The staff are usually friendly and helpful. I have stumbled upon many smelly people here. I come here, get my coffee, and run! It can get crowded and dirty. Enjoy!

I visited this restaurant on a busy Sunday afternoon a while ago, and it was completely packed! It was chaotic, with no clear way to navigate through the crowd, and I had trouble distinguishing who was in line and who was waiting. I couldn't even see all the options available to help me make my choice. I ended up ordering a caramel macchiato and an apple strudel. Both were tasty and delicious, but I really wish the apple strudel had been warmed up; that would have made it perfect. My drink was served fairly quickly after I ordered, and I loved its rich, frothy texture!
