The food at this restaurant is exceptional - incredibly fresh and delicious! The location is also one of the best I have encountered.

The food was very fresh and hot. The jerk pork is my favorite. A little disappointed that I got a lot of fatty bits last time though. Still awesomeq

Golden Krust is known for serving below-average Jamaican food, but the food at this particular location is barely edible. I highly advise against ordering the oxtail here. Despite being a lover of oxtail and being starving at the time, the large oxtail dish only contained about 4 small pieces of meat, and I couldn't even finish it. The flavor was strange, almost like it was seasoned with cilantro instead of traditional Jamaican spices. The meat was dry and tough, and there was no oxtail gravy, just oil. The steamed vegetables were also seasoned heavily with cilantro rather than thyme. To make matters worse, the white rice I ordered was crispy and unseasoned, even though I had requested spinach rice.

I will next time order from a Mom and Pop store. The oxtail came with inly 4 pces of which was very fatty amd way too sweet. The curry chicken was 3 small pces of cut off from a leg and or quarter mostly bones. The jerk Chicken was not jerk at all. Not good at all. Its amazing to me when these franchises open they do so well and get a lot of customers. Then for some reason they scale back. They need to keep in mind that its the customers that keep them open, so in turn it does them a great disservice to not provide good food. Will not order from here anymore especially for the price it cost.

As usual, the stewed chicken with spinach rice is absolutely amazing.
