Dear managers, I have contacted you twice via the Comment form on your website, both on Sunday afternoon and to follow up on Tuesday.

Server was incredibly rude. I never asked if we need to refill drinks. I never asked if the food was okay. Ordered a medium-rare prime rib. It came out medium good. My husband's middle rib was much rarer than mine. Just an overall bad experience.

The food was great. We had the prawns and the chicken parm.
