The taste is excellent, but I deducted one star because the dressing/sauce is not authentic German Döner sauce. If you've never tried a Döner in Germany before, you'll love it. However, if you're craving an authentic Döner like you'd get at home, you may be slightly disappointed.
We stopped at this restaurant for a quick meal before the weekend ended. It is located inside the Dekalb Market Hall near the escalator. We ordered two döner kebabs, one beef and one chicken, which came to a total of about $33. We were initially surprised by the price, but after seeing the large portions being prepared, we understood why. We decided to enjoy our döners at Fort Green Park, but despite our eagerness, we couldn't finish them due to the delicious flavors and spices. While not as authentic as a late-night döner in Munich, this place offers filling and tasty kebab meat. If you're sharing with a friend, I recommend splitting one kebab. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal!
I went to this restaurant this afternoon with my mother after picking up groceries. The food was amazing! It was incredibly flavorful and fresh. The staff at the counter were very friendly. The owner or manager (I'm not sure which) was also extremely kind and greeted us at the register. He explained the cuisine, where it originated, what to expect, and even asked how we liked our meal after we finished. We absolutely loved it! The only thing that upset me was that he said the wrap was shareable size. It was so delicious that we shared it, even though we didn't want to. When we go back, we definitely won't be sharing it again. I could eat this every day and will definitely be stopping by for lunch during the work week. I highly recommend this restaurant - 100 out of 100!
