During lunchtime, the place was not very busy, with several empty tables available for seating. One of the tables was occupied by an older man who appeared to be sleeping. It is unclear if he was homeless, but he seemed to have been recently discharged from a medical facility as he was carrying a bag typically given to patients. Despite the empty seats, no one attempted to sit at his table, and he had not caused any disruption until a worker approached him to wake him up. Initially, everything seemed normal until the worker grabbed a water bottle and began shaking the man, causing him to shout and rise from his seat. The man requested to be given a minute to leave, but the worker began threatening to throw cold or hot water on him if he did not depart. Eventually, the worker returned with water and splashed it on the man, soaking him and his seat. This incident was not only unprofessional and inhumane, but it also disturbed other customers dining at nearby tables. While I understand the restaurant's concern about having homeless individuals sleeping at their tables, the situation could have been handled much better, especially given the cold weather outside and the poor man now forced to endure being soaked.
The huh is not salty like most atmosphere too much homeless people eat and they come to ask for help, but in all its a nice popeyesfood: 5/5
When did I ask what I want? manager didn't even pay attention to my answer....Food: 5/5
The load is very clean. the coworkers there are well-behaved and the foods are fresh.
Absolutely terrible. Nasty attitude and out of this world incompetence. The staff is nasty and rude. The manager can’t lead a conga line. The staff member in the hijab is rude and resorts to speaking different languages to her fellow staff while ignoring paying customers for their food. Very very nasty.I mean, it’s Popeye’s but come on. Terrible service.
