Shake Shack - Brooklyn

The atmosphere of the place is charming, but unfortunately the food was awful. It doesn't make sense to dine in and have all the burgers served cold. The fries tasted as if they had been left out all day, dry and cold. They definitely need to step up their game. Overall, I give the food a 1 out of 5.

I am fortunate to have tried Shake Shack in several states across the US and I absolutely love it! The service and hospitality from the young staff working here were exceptional. I was so impressed that I had to inform the manager and give them a perfect 10/10 review. Much appreciation from all the way in Houston, Texas! Overall, the food gets a solid 5/5 rating.

This Shake Shack location is fantastic. It is clean, efficient, and the food was served promptly. There was a staff member ensuring the accuracy of each order before handing it to customers. The tables were quickly cleaned after customers finished eating, allowing us to secure a window table in no time. The food was top-notch, rated 5 out of 5.

My co-teacher and I went on a class trip to Brooklyn Bridge Park yesterday with our 20 students and 10 parent chaperones. We got there when it opened and the woman Jody that helped us while we were there was EXTREMELY patient and accommodating. She was so attentive to each of our students and took time to get to know them while taking their orders. She was the sweetest person ever and made our experience so seamless. She also treated us (the teachers) very well. Even though there was a huge lunch rush, she still managed to interact with all of our students in a friendly way. Jody you are the best!!!!
