The s’mores hot chocolate had a odd amount of oil on top so that wasn’t that great but their broad games had a big selection so that’s all that matters
Came here to play magic and it was a great time. Owner and fellow players were extremely nice.
Fantastic place to play board games! It was like $16(? for me and my partner to play games for 3 hours is a comfy setting with a large selection. I don’t remember the exact price but it was very reasonable. The place even inspired me to start collecting Yu-Gi-Oh cards again from my childhood. Definitely going back any time I’m in the area.
Pretty surly and unfriendly clerk at the front counter, who a) didn 't offer to explain how the cafe worked and just took our money; b) rolled her eyes and said what do you want me to do about it? when we told her that the game we tried was missing some critical pieces; c) failed to deliver our drink order. There are also a few tables that are too small to effectively play games on, which makes me question why they are there. Honestly, just go to Brooklyn Strategist in Carroll Gardens instead. They are much friendlier and not run by disaffected Gen Z kids who don 't really want to be there.
