Feedback gevenI was really looking forward to having a sweetgreen just a few blocks away, but this particular location is by far the worst I have ever been to. Every time I have received a delivery order, it has been either extremely late, missing key ingredients (like chicken), missing an entire salad, or even someone else's order entirely. In-store orders are usually okay, but the staff is often rude and unfriendly. There is zero attempt to be welcoming or even make eye contact while taking your order. The salads are still delicious, but my experiences at this location have been consistently bad.
The staff and food are great, but the music is too loud, making it hard to hear what is being asked and creating an unpleasant atmosphere to enjoy a meal.
The service and staff at this restaurant are terrible and rude. This is my regular Sweetgreen location, and every time I visit, the service is incredibly slow. Today was particularly frustrating when I politely asked them to check on my order after waiting 15 minutes. The staff responded in a rude manner, telling me to see that they were backed up and that my order was coming. When I asked another staff member, my meal was found just sitting there while I was waiting for it. I suggest that the staff be retrained in customer service.
I paid 20$ for this!! So expensive for what they give! I am very disappointment!
This review is just for the service. There's a guy working there yesterday around 3pm, he was the slowest person ever. 4 person left the line because of how slow he was. Every single action he did was in slo mo, everyone was annoyed and some people commented and voiced their frustration. He had no business being there and facing customer, he was completely non chalant with his attitude too. A lady joined after, she was doing 2 salads and the guy would still be stuck in the 2nd ingredient of the forst salad. Very unprofessional, you can really feel the lack of manager.
