The crew was nice. what the experience was badly done was the waiting time. They told me about 15 minutes that I was about 40. When I finally got that, it was cold.

This location needs to be shut down or called FRYSTOP because the fries where the best part of this waste of $30. Serving burnt fried chicken ; how do you burn a chicken thigh? over cooked wings. Chicken crumbles all over the chicken thighs you can no taste the Lemon Pepper. The grease taste like it hasn’t been changed all year. I placed an order on 11/22/21 and more than half of my order was missing. This is not the first time that this location has done this. Out of my order that I paid $48 for I only received 15 chicken tenders. Never again. This is unacceptable!

I have tried in atlanta ga and omg they are unprofessional, they management is terrible and eating burned it not worth, decided to try brooklyn ny and I am definitiw with second thought! this company in general for quality service and quality food!
