Burger King - Brownsville

I ordered Drive-Thru, late night... everything was good.

I just wanted to eat with my husband and my son and eat was fresh and got what we ordered. I was astonished as everyone was so young and yet business was cleaned, customer service was great and above all we got what we paid. I had to ask who the manager is, and his name is Carlos. I live closer to the gloomy on Alton and even those on the price and the two are only terrible and for years. Never have I got a meal that looks or tastes as if it sits in this Burger King for hours and at any time when the day, service is always great. Thanks to managers and employees for carrying out a fast food joint, you can still dive and enjoy the food with a large environment.

Very slow service There were two guests who went out before the order Some of the staff seem new

I like BK food except the fries, they are usually cold and I don't like the thickness.

Worst experience ever , went to go through the drive through an employee there told me it wasn't working, I go in and there's an employee taking orders on the drive thru when they told me it wasn't working, there was someone infront of me after there's order was taken the employee walked away when I turned they were just standing there doing nothing , after I have called them 2 times to take my order they finally took my order , when I was ordering I asked for breaded chicken they said they couldn't make it because they had just cleaned the fryers but they did sell a breaded chicken to the customer after me , every customer inside was complaining about their order , my food came out and it sat there getting cold with no employee trying to give me my order, Worst burger King, never again
