Carnitas Don Pepe - Brownsville

I like everything there, the carnitas and the chicharron are my favorite, good service, the only complaint I would say is that they give more sauces or make the bags a little bigger, the prices for the chicharron and the carnitas are a little high for What they give, more than anything with the chicharron and they should also put the tortillas for what they charge, I don't know why here everywhere they give everything separately, yes the food is very expensive anyway, but I do highly recommend the place, it is all very rich.

Worst carnitas I have tasted....looked shreaded...like 2 day old meat....salsa looks like water no taste....Tortillas were reheated all sticked together....terrible food

I enjoy everything at this restaurant, especially the carnitas and pork rinds—they're my favorites! The service is great too. My only complaint is that they should provide more sauces or use larger containers. The prices for the pork rinds and carnitas are a bit high for the portions offered, especially with the pork rinds. It would also be nice if they included tortillas, considering the prices. I’m not sure why everything comes separately here, especially since the food is already quite expensive. Despite that, I highly recommend this place; the food is really delicious!
