Pizza Hut - Brownsville

The security drive location has terrible service. I placed an order through the app, received confirmation that it was ready for pick up, but no one came out to attend to curbside customers. Despite multiple phone calls, no one answered. Four other cars were also waiting for curbside service, but still no staff appeared. Eventually, we all had to go inside to pick up our orders. They informed me that my order was not ready and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. It was frustrating that they offered curbside pick up when they were unable to provide adequate service. In the end, I waited 25 minutes for my curbside order, even though the app claimed my pizza was ready the whole time.

I called the restaurant to place an order, but they did not take my order and hung up on me. I called back and they took my order, but after waiting for 20 minutes, I called again only to be told that they do not offer delivery service for my order. What a waste of time! I will not be ordering from them again.
