Whataburger - Brownsville

What more can I say about What-A-Burger? They never disappoint. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient when taking orders.

I tried Whataburger for the first time and it lived up to the hype. The food was excellent and the service was great. The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained.

Lately, I have repeatedly experienced a problem at this restaurant where they forget to include items in my takeout orders. The first time I didn't realize until I got home, but now I make sure to check my order every time because it has become a common occurrence. It is frustrating to have to go back and ask for the missing items, especially when it turns out that they didn't even make them in the first place. This results in longer wait times and cold food by the time I finally receive everything.

I was pleasantly surprised by the positive attitudes of all the staff at this restaurant, except for the manager who was very rude.

I don't know, ever since Whataburger was sold to a Chicago company, it hasn't been the same. The prices are high, the quality is lacking, and when you eat it, it just doesn't remind you of a good Whataburger. It's sad.
