Brasserie Ploegmans - Brussels

A good hamburgun with mustard sauce, fries are some (19,50€ . A bistro at the old decor level. The boss is doing the right thing.

Typical Brussels dishes in an authentic setting of the 1920s. Very good reception and fast service. I took a carbonnade at the Faro which was very good, the meat was very tender.

This cozy little restaurant may be small in size, but it offers a huge selection of traditional Brussels cuisine. The authentic dishes are delicious and satisfying. Plus, they are one of the few places in Brussels where you can still enjoy a faro beer straight from the barrel. Make sure to make a reservation in advance!

This restaurant is a classic brewery. The lunch menu costs 16€ per week, which is a bit pricier, but the portions are very generous. One dish is enough to satisfy your hunger. They offer a great selection of wine and beer. The homemade desserts looked promising, but they were so filling that even the children were too full to finish them!
