I am a fan of authentic Italian pizza and recently visited Naples. I dined at the legendary pizzeria Da Michele, then at Sorbillo 's, and a few others. The taste and the whole experience were incredible. Now, I 've visited the Educazione Napoletana pizzeria, and I can tell you it 's authentic Neapolitan pizza, as if you 're eating it in Naples. The quality of the dough, the masterful skill in stretching and baking, the ambiance I felt like I was in Naples, not Brussels. The chef is communicative, kind, and I highly recommend it! The pizza is average as per the service, moreover they only accept cash!
