August 18 2020- SERIOUSLY!!!!NOT COMPLYING TO COVID RULES-Still no sign on the door to require a mask- more than 8 customers in store and one not wearing mask- I asked where's your mask? the 20 something proudly says I am not wearing one! I have called the owner 2x to complain when the servers were not wearing masks- belligerently he says they do- I said oh no they don't and a Bandana under your nose does not count. Bandana's are worthless! Today the servers were both wearing masks- thank you Will boycott this store from now on -was a loyal customer. I bought Ice cream at Montrose Deli. They have a sign no mask-no entry as they should!

Mostly unfriendly staff or staff that can’t communicate well. Hot fudge is ALWAYS cold! Staff is almost always annoyed by customers disrupting their conversations. Poorly stocked with the basics. Always awkward so we avoid it even though it’s a two minute walk!

Why did I go back here???? They still don't know the difference between a quart and a pint. And the Kid didn't fill the container up. Left a lot of space on the sides. It's not even a full pint. But by that time I just wanted to get out of there. The kids they Hire for this place are morons.

What size is a pint? Seriously??? Are you stupid??? That was the response when I ordered. Then when someone else figured out what a pint was they looked and said they have none. I was in there a few months ago and wanted a pint. No pint containers. I figured it was a one time thing but I guess not. Whoever runs the place never orders pint containers. Teenaged idiots leading other teenaged idiots.

Good costumer service. Great company.
