They just accepted an online order and the truck is not in this location and no one answers the phone. Why is this information so incorrect and allowing false orders to be made?

Thank you to Rocio and John who catered at my wedding 4/14/23. The food was fantastic and so tasty. Everyone enjoyed it and wanted more. The expectations were met to the “T”.
