They do everything right, their pizzas are outstanding and any chef that can cook everything and anything in a pizza wood oven deserves a 5 star rating. She juggled the dishes like a ballet, mussels, pizza, pastas, chicken it all came from that oven spotless. So if you're in the mood for terrific food drive to Buelton and eat at industrial eats.
Cute spot. Really good ceasar salad and bahn mi sandwich. Came with a large group and they have plenty of tables to sit at. The servers were also really nice and recommended other good dishes.
A fun happening place, the food does not disappoint, very inventive and delicious. You just have to be in the mood to stand in line for a while!
Lots of positive reviews for this place so we decided to try it. We had the BBQ brisket sandwich, which was just ok. It was a little fatty and not as much meat as I expected; more coleslaw on the sandwich than meat. The meat I had was tasty, although could have had a little more sauce. Also for 17$ could have a side of fruit or fries. We also had the prosciutto and arugula pizza. It was a small and disappointing pizza as there was no sauce and was more like a flat bread. Again for 17$ could have been better. The service was friendly and the place was busy. Order at the counter and then find a place to sit. Overall a disappointing meal.
Industrial Eats is delicious. It's not often that you run into a place that doesn't care about your comfort. Hot as hell, yes. The giant oven makes it so. Table service, no. Order and get out of the way and good luck finding a seat, there's a line. Glass of wine, sure. Off the tap and served in a jelly glass. Move along. The mad scientists behind the scenes are more than willing to accommodate your silly requests. Can I get some hot sauce for my fish sandwich? Yes, I made it today. It's tomato based with habanero and whatever else I could find in the kitchen and I hope you like it. Yes, it was delicious. There is no place I'd rather eat in the area. Fancy steakhouse, no. Pea soup, no. Danish delight, absolutely not. Go to Industrial Eats. Get something that was made from scratch. Where else can you get a beef tongue Rueben sandwich? That's what I thought.
