I've been living next to ap for 15 years. I have always enjoyed great meals with an excellent sushi. Unfortunately, the owner has changed and the quality of food and service have collapsed to such a terrible level that I am forced to say its under the worst sushi in buenos aires. I follow some pictures of my last midday experience, the garnels were completely rotten, the salmon sashimi had not been carefully cleaned (i.e. there were tons violet fat on it,) there was no single in the dressed and certain pieces had not even any type of fish seafood on it. I fear that eating seemed to be stored for a long time (not fresh at all,) and the restaurant was completely empty (probably due to the migration of people to other places after the quality drop.) they believe it or not after we complained and they refused to accept that the condition of eating was lame, something unacceptable happened, we found some cockroaches under the table. this regrettable event explicitly shows the sanitary state of the restaurant. After so many years it was the last time that I have ever set foot in the restaurant, it has become one of the worst sushi places in the whole city.
Looking for a chance on tempo on dinner food groups, tried azul profundo based on reviews and close. first, the personal is great. friendly and welcoming, and the bar served some great cocktails. from there it wasn't so great. it's a sushi place in the round, but. the points dominated by salmon have thunfish, but seem to press the salmon. so far. but also offered on so many is a massive dosis of cream cheese commonly used in selected sushi reels, but so many of the combo sets were 1/2 cream cheese concoctions. we didn't eat them. the thunfisch sashimi was ok, but the thunfisch nigiri seemed a bit dry and maybe hard. at last the rice. oh, my gott. had not freshened the day old food business sushi taste a bit unsettled maybe they know what I'm talking about. here you can only recommend this place. we had better sushi in albuquerque. trust me.
Great music, good meat, very good service and pleasant environment. it is not a high-fly restaurant, they do not want to skip these
I would rate the dinner we had as average at best. No edamame? Miso was marginal. Salmon sashimi was amazing! But then we had a couple rolls with salmon in them and the salmon was cooked. Thought that was very strange. Most rolls come with...cheese in them which also was strange for us so we ordered them sin queso . Overall the quality of the food was good, just some strange interpretation of Japanese sushi.
