Dunkin' - Buffalo

They really gave me half an egg, half a piece of sausage on the wrong bagel . Haha. Could be worse I guess.

OK service WHEN staff is available lol. I don't know if it was because of the time of day around 4:30 on a weekday or the workers were just hiding in the back, but after finding a manager to dig one of them out believe me the attitude was none to pleasant. I am sure I either interrupted a nice conversation or a nice phone session uffff! Either way I felt UNwanted for sure.

The employees are friendly. This location is low volume it seems like so usually quick in and out.

My drink and food was awesome the worker was really nice and did a good job and making sure they answered any questions you had.

I love Dunkin' Donuts! I was disappointed to learn that they would rather throw away food than give it to customers when they make a mistake with an order. What a shame, Jordan! I hate to see food go to waste, especially as a mother of five who knows what it's like to struggle with not enough food or money. It's disheartening to see someone employed and still choosing to waste food.
