Olive Garden Italian - Burbank

I've dined at many Olive Garden locations throughout the United States, and I must say the food is consistently good, especially the breadsticks and salads. What truly distinguished this particular restaurant for us was the exceptional wait staff. My granddaughter wanted to customize her order, and even though her request wasn't on the menu, the waitress communicated with the cook to create an alternative that made her happy. We experienced prompt service, with quick drink refills. The manager also made a genuine effort to ensure we had a great dining experience.

I was truly impressed by this location! The customer service was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the hostess at the front desk and every staff member we encountered radiated positivity. Andrew was particularly fantastic; he made us feel right at home. My mom needed to know if the Alfredo could be made without garlic due to her dietary restrictions, and Andrew promptly checked to see if that was possible before we placed our order. Julia, one of the managers, took the time to come to our table and ensure she understood my mom’s allergies. She went through the menu with us and provided my mom with several options to choose from. Later, Miguel, another manager, delivered our meals and made sure we had everything we needed. We are incredibly grateful and appreciative of the way the staff went out of their way for us today. It was heartwarming to witness such caring and genuine individuals. This experience is a wonderful reminder that kindness and humanity still exist in the world!

David, also known as the "other David" (not the model), truly made our evening a wonderful experience. He was incredibly attentive and sweet, expressing his gratitude for my work as a teacher. He went above and beyond to ensure we received excellent service, often refilling our drinks before we even had to ask. He also made excellent drink suggestions. When I mentioned my lactose intolerance, he immediately took care to ensure my Shrimp Alfredo didn't contain cheese and informed me about the dairy in the salad dressing. The food was absolutely delicious! We loved the shrimp Alfredo, and the Angel Hair Marinara Meatball pasta was bursting with flavor. The breadsticks were warm and tasty as well. We'll definitely be back!

I had some shrimp scampi, fried calamari and a peach tea. Shrimp scampi was so small, absolutely tiny on a huge plate like 5 bites lol and it tasted like something out the microwave. The endless salad that I ordered with it had way too much dressing onit. The peach tea was really good it tasted like something that is actually brewed. It was my first time that I've ever been toa Olive garden always heard about it and finally decided to go. Idk if I'll come back to try something else.

Five star service this weekend from best server Aniko! Feel so taken care of when we sit in her section. Food was good and she kept the never ending Alfredo dipping sauce coming! We loved it as always. Bravo! Five stars! See ya next time! Best!
