Bismarckschanke - Burg/Spreewald

Beautiful beer garden near the Bismarckturm. They sit either on the terrace or directly on the large, beautifully landscaped pond. There is not only a typical beer garden, this happens in self-service. The selection of dishes and drinks is great. The prices are absolutely fine. Operation on the counter could be a little more friendly.

With our annual cycling tours in the Spreewald we make a short stop here every time. The food tastes, the price fits and the staff is friendly.

We stayed in the Bismarckschänke for 3 days and were able to form an opinion on the spot. The guards do a super job we don't envy them. From 9-21 on site and 7 days a week. As a cyclist, you don't realize that. The food is great! And the price/performance ratio is also true because we also look at others. You can also empty full ashtrays yourself, and also create the dishes or glasses yourself away! We were able to observe guests often and for a long time, and we have to say that some have no cause. As you call in the forest, it sounds back) and there are the tenants holding back p.s. my wife often had to hold back) Conclusion, super guided snack, beautiful rooms, breakfast top and we're going back again. The Bismarckturm as a sight attracts visitors, for my part I like the Bismarckschenke right opposite. Eat twice here, both times plentiful and tasty, nice staff and quite reasonable prices. Also the seats on the small pond are fine. The cucumbers to go are a good idea and were as we like these, crisp and salty.
